They are nothing but a grotesque, asymmetrical mass of teeth, a gaping mouth, and tentacles. Two massive tentacles are spiked and used for attacks; they sprout from atop the mass. A small patch of flesh above the massive mouth is dotted with greasy, glassy black orbs, which I assume serve as eyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They can be found anywhere underground or dark places, where there is stuff for them to shove into their giant maw, often in garbage or corpse piles.
