Phantasmal Hands

A spectral version of your hands appear and can be controlled by the mage. They can be used to pick up, move, Grapple, Brawl, or manipulate items. The hands can can be used in the same round as they are cast. Each round after, they can be controlled as a free action.

Pick up or move:  Inanimate objects can be freely grabbed or moved with phantasmal hands. Objects being used or protected can be grabbed with a Heroic Action.

Manipulate Items: The hands can open doors, lift treasure chest lids, or other things normal hands can do. Anything that requires Fine Manipulation is difficult though.

Grapple: The hands can be used to Grapple a creature. This is a contested Grapple check. If the hands are already grappling a creature, they can be used to move the creature, subdue the creature (causing it to be unable to have Standard Actions), or crush the creature for 1d6+1 damage.

Pummel: The hands can be used to pummel a target with the Brawl skill fopr 1d6+1 damage. Each extra mana level does 1d4+1 damage.

1 mana: You summon phantasmal hands which can MOV at 25’ per round, lift or Grapple anything SIZ 2 (30 lbs.) or smaller, or pummel for 1d6+1 damage. Each level adds an extra 5’ to the MOV, doubles the weight, and adds 1d4 to the damage.
