When living in the dark future, a studio apartment is a luxury, so I guess you can say these are “affordable” luxury one bedroom apartments in an “up and coming” area. 🙂
I made this for my campaign, and finished it up for you all. I tried to make each apartment different with different styles and themes. A rockers apartment, a soldier of fortunes hide out, or a hackers den. The first floor has a lobby, a med clinic, and a bodega. There are 3 floors and a roof top ready for relaxation or home defense.
