As The Escape! the Devouring Ooze slowly makes its way out into the wilderness, I wanted to share an upgrade. If you have played the demo with me, you have probably played on the demo beta board.
This board was made using Dragon Lock tiles. I am an official reseller and community designer for these, and I have redesigned their tiles (while still using their patented lock system) to remake the A-side Map Tiles from the box. There are two ways to purchase this. One is to get the STLs and print them yourself. The other is to get the printed tiles from me. It takes about 48 hours to print all the tiles, so they will be coming out in limited batches.
The walls are thinner than normal Dragonlock, allowing you to place figures on each tile. Each 4×4 tile is also able to be moved around, so you will have an unlimited amount of replayability.
I also plan in the future to continue to release batches of both the cardstock tiles and these tiles to give you many options to customize your gameplay.
Up next – Dungeon Clix.
I have also designed Dungeon Clix, a quick way to build walls for your TTRPG, and now your Ooze game. The base kit is available now as an STL for free. With a grid base, these walls could also give you a way to always have a fresh batch of sewers for your boggarts to die scavenge in.
